How to make Appointments
If you are ill or injured today and would like to be seen on a same day basis, please call (909) 537-5241 between the hours of 8 am and 9 am. This is not the only time to call but, it will give us plenty of time to work you in around your class schedule and our scheduled appointments for that day.
Student may make a routine appointment with a provider (physician or nurse practitioner) by calling (909) 537-5241. Students are encouraged to be specific about their illness when scheduling an appointment in order to best meet their needs. If you are unsure when you need to be seen or have questions please ask to speak to the triage nurse.
Please note: Students are seen on an appointment basis. Same day appointments are reserved for urgent problems. This system allows us to see all scheduled as well as same day appointments in a timely fashion.
