How to clear Health Holds

Don't Wait 'Till The Last Minute!

Make sure you clear your health records before you register! If you receive this message at TRACS "You are not allowed to register at this time". This may mean that you have not complied with the CSUSB measles and/or Hep B requirements. Please refer to the immunization page for detailed information about immunization requirements.

Solution: Bring proof/copy of your Immunization Records - Measles/Rubella and/or Hepatitis B to the Health Center or FAX to (909) 537-7027. You must have documentation of a Measles & Rubella (MMR) vaccine after 15 months of age, given after January 1, 1957. If you attended high school/post secondary institutions in California you would have received these vaccines already.

Proof of Hepatitis B vaccines series (3 shots) is required of all first time enrollees 18 years or younger. There is a cost for the Hepatitis B series; please call the Health Center for updated prices at 909 537 5241. If you attended high school / post secondary institutions in California you would have received these vaccines already.

If you do not have these records you can receive the immunizations at the Health Center. Call the Health Center at 909 537 5241 for an appointment to obtain the immunizations needed. Health Holds will be cleared upon proof/record of vaccine, however you cannot register until the date admissions has assigned for you to do so.
